Brisbane Airport (BNE), both international and domestic, is roughly 1.5 hours from Noosa. For international flights, we recommend a pickup 4.5 hours before departure, and for domestic flights, about 3.5 hours prior. This allows 3 hours at the terminal for international and 2 hours for domestic flights. Keep in mind that check-in desks open 3 hours before international flights and 2 hours before domestic flights.
We’re happy to adjust pickup times based on your needs. Just be aware that peak hour traffic around Brisbane can add 30 to 40 minutes to your journey.

We will ask for your flight number at the time of booking and will track flight arrival times. Where possible we will adjust your driver’s arrival at the airport accordingly to avoid unnecessary waiting times.

Please note that we do not supply children’s car seats or baby seats in our vehicles so these cannot be requested or provided by our drivers. However, if you have your own car seat, we are happy for you to install them for the journey, but we cannot store them after your journey is completed.

Your driver can take you to convenient locations such as the nearest supermarket or bottle shop on the way to your hotel, Airbnb, or resort.

Additional waiting charges are applied as follows:

When passengers arrive on different flights, the waiting time starts from the arrival of the first flight.
Also note, any impromptu stops during the transfer (for example, supermarket or bottle shop runs) incur a $25 charge per 15-minute increment.

You should book your transfer with MyDriverNoosa up to 48 hours in advance. Since availability can change daily, it is best to make your booking as soon as your travel dates and times are confirmed to secure your desired service and ensure smooth scheduling. Therefore, it is strongly suggested that you take out travel insurance to cover unexpected changes such as missing a flight. This approach helps protect you financially in case your travel plans change suddenly and you cannot use the pre-booked transfer service.

No, you will not be charged extra if your flight is delayed. MyDriverNoosa actively tracks flights in real time and will ensure your driver is waiting for you when your flight lands, so no waiting fees apply due to flight delays within the complimentary waiting time (60 minutes at international airports, 30 minutes at domestic airports). However, please notify them promptly if your flight number changes so they can monitor the correct flight. This helps ensure smooth coordination and avoids any unnecessary charges related to no-shows or missed communication
We’re sorry to see you cancel but understand plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent:

Cancel 48 to 72 hours before your scheduled transfer: You will receive a full 100% refund (a time-travelling money-back guarantee!).

Cancel 24 to 48 hours before your scheduled transfer: A 50% cancellation fee will apply.

Cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled transfer time: A 100% cancellation fee applies, meaning no refund.
Please note that any credit card processing fees charged by the payment provider when processing your refund will be deducted from the refund amount.
