Yes, absolutely! We love pets and we allow them in our vehicles – please inform us when you make the reservation.
We only request that all pets be in a kennel with the necessary documents (e.g.: pet passport) with the exception of assisted living dogs. This is for your pets comfort and safety as well as the next passenger who may have allergies and/or be wearing a nice dark suit fresh from the cleaners and not wanting to pick up animal-hair on it.
While we do not charge for pets, a nominal $40 cleaning fee will be charged if the pet soils in the vehicle.
We specialise in adult-only transfers in a luxury setting and do not provide child or booster seats. For families with young children, we recommend arranging a suitable service that accommodates car restraints.
Children must be old enough to wear a seat belt.
All prices listed on mydrivernoosa.com.au are inclusive of taxes, tolls, airport parking, meet & greet, admin fees, fuel, environmental surcharges and any other standard fees typically included for a standard point-to-point transfer. You don’t pay any extra for these.

In order to receive communication from us in the form of SMS messages confirming the driver’s details, status and meeting points we do advise that a mobile number is provided when making a booking
Gratuities are not included in the price, Australia, tipping is not mandatory, though a tip for great service is always welcome.
When it comes to gratuities we like to say “Let your conscience be your guide”.
Your credit card will be charged when you make your booking at a service fee of 2.25%. Any additional charges, such as waiting time or additional stops will be deducted shortly after your journey has been completed.
We accept PayID/Direct debit – no service fee
You have the option to pay by cash upon transfer. When paying by cash, credit card security is still required, but no charge will be made to your card.
A private transfer is a vehicle reserved solely for your party. Private transfers will be waiting for you as a Meet and Greet on arrival to the destination airport and will take you directly to your hotel or residence, without any stops on route.
Brisbane International Terminal (BNE) – MyDriverNoosa with a ‘Name sign’ will meet you 40 minutes after your flight’s scheduled arrival between the Custom exit doors and The Coffee Club inside the Arrival Hall. Please have your mobile on so that your chauffeur can SMS you if needed.
Brisbane Domestic Terminal (BNE) – MyDriverNoosa with a ‘Name sign’ will meet you 15 minutes after your flight’s scheduled arrival at the luggage carousel assigned to your flight inside the arrival Hall. Please have your mobile on so that your chauffeur can SMS you on if needed.
Sunshine Coast Airport (MCY) – MyDriverNoosa with a ‘Name sign’ will meet you 15 minutes after your flight’s scheduled arrival at the luggage carousel area inside the arrival hall. Please have your mobile on so that your chauffeur can SMS you on if needed.

We strongly recommend passengers purchase travel insurance prior to departure as we do not take any liability if you miss your flight, your flight is cancelled, or you are unable to travel.
MyDriverNoosa is fully insured with Public Liability Insurance, Comprehensive Car Insurance and CTP Insurance.
Absolutely. We are more than happy to provide this service for you. We charge $25 per 15 minutes increment for each stop, and your driver will take you to the nearest supermarket/bottle shop on the way to your Hotel/Airbnb or Resort.
Just make sure to let us know about the stops under “Special Request” when booking online.
If you provide us with your flight number at the time of booking then this allows for us to monitor the relevant flight and alter the collection time accordingly to ensure that we meet you when your flight lands.

If you have booked a transfer from the airport, MyDriverNoosa will wait 60 minutes maximum at International arrivals and 30 minutes at Domestic arrivals. At other non-airport pick-ups such as hotels, homes it’s 10 minutes
If you do not contact MyDriverNoosa or do not answer our call during this limited time, MyDriverNoosa can leave without waiting, and the transfer will be considered as made.
The wait is $25AUD (incl GST) per 15 minutes increments after the 1st hour for International arrivals and after 30 minutes for Domestic arrivals and 10 minutes for non-airport pick-ups.
If passengers are arriving on different flights, then the waiting time starts after the first flight lands.
Any impromptu stops (Coles,Dan Murphy and the likes) during transfer will incur a charge of $25 per 15-minute increments.
When you discover that your baggage is lost, please inform us as soon as possible by calling our phone number displayed in the confirmation email.
We inform you that the first hour of waiting is free from the landing of your plane at International airport and 30 minutes at Domestic airport.
After that, MyDriverNoosa can charge you $25AUD (incl GST) per 15 minutes increments.
You can book up to 48 hours before. As availability changes daily, it’s best that you make your booking as soon as your travel dates and times are confirmed.
Payment for confirmed booking is required in full and in advance by Credit Card (2.25% surcharge) or by PayID / Direct Deposit, Cash.
You have the option to pay by cash upon transfer. When paying by cash, credit card security is still required, but no charge will be made to your card.
Payments made via American Express will attract a 5% service fee

Every effort is made to accommodate changes to your transfer due to flight cancellations and weather conditions.
We suggest you take out travel insurance as booking will be cancelled with no compensation
No, but we always appreciate it if you can give us a heads up about any changes in your flight, but we track flights in real time and will always do our best to make sure your driver is waiting for you at the airport when your flight lands.
IMPORTANT: If your flight number changes from the one you supplied us with, we will need you to contact us with the new number as soon as possible so we can monitor the correct flight.
We’re sad to see you go, but we understand that these things happen. We’re happy to accommodate and cancellations and refunds.
If you cancel your booking 48 – 72 hours before your scheduled transfer time, we’ll refund you a full 100% refund. (It’s like a time-travelling money-back guarantee!)
If you cancel your booking 24 – 48 hours before your scheduled transfer time, we’ll have to charge 50% cancellation fee.
Unfortunately, if you cancel within 24 hours at the agreed time and place as per your booking, we’ll have to charge a 100% cancellation fee.
Also, any credit card fees charged by the processing company for refunds will be deducted from your refund amount.
